Hi. I’m Cleo. I’m so happy that you’re here.
I’m a graphic designer, design strategist, and creative director with more than a decade of experience. I have a BFA in Graphic Design from Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Until summer of 2023 I was the creative director at Design B&B — a brand design and strategy agency based in Chicago. In that role I had the opportunity to lead work with global organizations including Kimberly-Clark, Proctor & Gamble, Kellogg (now Kellanova), Mars, Clorox, Johnson & Johnson (now Kenvue), and Bayer. I’ve gotten to lead major redesigns on well known brands that I’m a personal fan of (Eggo, Cottonelle, and Kleenex to name a few!), but also had the joy of working with small start-ups and non-profit organizations, which I find uniquely rewarding.
In 2023, I moved back to my home town, Denver, CO. Since then, I have worked in-house at Outrig, leading a rebranding and renaming effort, and establishing design processes and norms as the company’s first in-house creative resource.
Before my career in design I spent 20 years training to be a professional ballet dancer, and while it may seem unrelated, my first career has a lot to do with how I approach design work: even the smallest things deserve our careful attention, because the details have to come together to create the big picture.
In addition to my work with Outrig, I take on freelance work and love working with agencies and with clients directly. I would love to hear about your project.
